The Dream Migration Founder, Viktoria Wilson, is a lawyer and a registered migration agent (MARN 2518862), having graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology and having been admitted as a Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court of Queensland. She subsequently completed a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law and Practice at the University of Technology Sydney and has been practising as a registered migration agent since then.

 

Viktoria’s education and experience as a lawyer, along with a specific qualification in migration law contribute to her broad and extensive legal knowledge and ability to handle complex migration matters. This strong legal foundation enables Viktoria to approach migration cases with a well-rounded perspective, ensuring that all legal aspects are thoroughly considered.

These visas let you visit Australia as a tourist, enter Australia whilst on a cruise, or visit family and friends.

Partner Visas

These visas allow the partner or spouse of an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen to live in Australia. There are offshore or onshore partner visa options.

Sponsored Work Visas

These visas let parent(s) of a settled Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen move to Australia. There are temporary and permanent, as well as offshore and onshore parent visa options. 

If you would like to be able to work in Australia whilst on a holiday or after completing your Australian studies, you can apply for one of the temporary work visas.

If you are a skilled worker and have an employer, they can sponsor you to come to Australia temporarily or permanently to fill a nominated skilled role.

Skilled Visas

If you are a skilled worker with an occupation on the skilled occupation list, you may be invited to apply to live and work in Australia. You do not need an employer sponsor or nominator for these visas.

Australian Citizenship

If you are an Australian permanent resident, you may be eligible to become an Australian citizen by conferral. Alternatively, if your parent(s) was an Australian citizen when you were born overseas, you may be eligible to become an Australian citizen by descent.
